Abilene

The Abilene Community Garden is located on the East side of Eisenhower Park in Abilene, KS. The garden is host to 15 community gardeners who grow all kinds of produce. Feel free to walk the garden paths and explore our fruit orchards.

• Raised Beds, $20 each
• Plots are 21' x 31'
• Water Provided
• Gardening equipment is provided (tiller & hand tools)
• Friendly and helpful atmosphere
• Orchard: Liberty Apple, Royal Empire Apple, Moon Glow Pear, Bartlett Pear, Motmorency Pie Cherry

Herington

The Herington Community Garden, established in 2018, is just south of the Herington High School/Middle School.

• 20 Plots, $20 each
• Plots are 25' x 25'
• Water Provided
• Gardening equipment is provided (tiller & hand tools)
• Friendly and helpful atmosphere
