CKFF Info for Cloverbuds
Deadline: July 10 - ALL CKFF 4-H/FFA exhibits must be pre-entered by this date. Open class livestock entries to include beef, sheep, swine, meat goats, and fiber animals must also be pre-entered by this date.
Additional information needed for entries:
- All 4-H/FFA market livestock entries will require the exhibitor's YQCA certificate number and tag number. Have those numbers handy when entering.
- Conference judging times for static exhibits will be done by the Extension Office based on pre-entries. You will not need to choose judging times when pre-entering.
Waiting until the last minute could cause problems!
Note: Each exhibitor can have multiple entries. One entry must be made for each item, animal, class, etc. For example, if an exhibitor is bringing two photographs, two entries into the photography class must be created. If an exhibitor is showing one horse in five events, five class entries must be created. Once all entries have been created for the first exhibitor, you have the choice of creating another exhibitor in this family (and entries) or proceeding to check-out (submitting the entries). Once entries have been submitted, you will not be able to enter additional entries until the submitted entries have been approved.
