There is no "good" or "pleasant" time to think about estate planning, but the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic has brought the topic to the forefront for many. With current social distancing and Stay At Home Orders having a tremendous positive impact on our community our risk level may be low, but our situation clearly illustrates how quickly disease and life circumstances can evolve and change.
